If Suarez rejected the handshake, does it matter to him so much that he had to go speak to him during half-time?

If someone did abuse me and refuse my handshake (if I chose to be soooo gracious), I would just ignore him and move on. What for?

Neither would I celebrate in front of him? I won the game, I hug my team mates and go back.
